How we process the data you send us through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

What data we process and why
The data from the contact form (name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp contact and message) and anything you send us by Telegram, WhatsApp or email. We use it only to answer your request and, if we reach an agreement, to provide and invoice the service.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) and legal tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).
Retention
Requests that don't lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the legal tax retention periods.
Recipients
We don't share data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers acting as processors: web hosting and email. If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, those services process data under their own policies.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@webvisa.net. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
